Our Values
1. 🚲 Equity & Access We believe every person — regardless of income, background, or ability — deserves the freedom and joy of riding a bike. Our programs are free because access shouldn’t depend on a price tag.
2. 🌿 Connection We build bridges — between youth and nature, neighbors and strangers, individuals and their communities. Every ride is an opportunity to discover the world and the people in it.
3. 💪 Youth Empowerment We see the greatness in every young person. Through biking, life skills, and leadership opportunities, we help youth build confidence, resilience, and a belief in their own potential.
4. 🌍 Sustainability We care for the environment we ride through. By promoting cycling as transportation and stewardship as a way of life, we nurture the health of our planet alongside our community.
5. 🤝 Community We are rooted in Santa Cruz County. We show up for our neighbors, celebrate our volunteers, and believe that the strongest communities are built together — one ride at a time.
